Why do you love teaching reformer Pilates?
Those clever springs of the reformer machines are the reason why I love the reformers.
What’s your favourite song?
Oh, it’s hard to choose one. I have too many, but recently, I’ve kept playing Grateful by Rita Ora.

I created back in 2004 a dance fitness program named Latino Blast Aerobics ,This has been one of my career highlights.

My motor to all fitness goals has been the passion, determination and dedication.

I’ve always been drawn to the energy of group workouts accompanied by music and being part of a community.

For me, it’s every instance when someone shares with me how much they enjoyed and had a blast during one of my classes.

My advice would be to explore without limitations. Discover what truly ignites your passion and pursue it wholeheartedly.
