Why did you become an instructor?

The love of moving with music, looking for that natural high.

What’s your favourite fitness activity?

Trekking. Exploring and Moving outdoors.

What advice would you give to anyone starting their own fitness journey?

Start slowly, and ask questions to the people who know the industry.

Pilates, because it serves a purpose in everyday life improving posture and balance.

Find the thing that makes you happy and do that

I’m a ballerina and an actress.
