Women's Zone
The Women's Zone is a dedicated space between 11am and 4pm weekdays, offering a comfortable and supportive environment for women to work out. Featuring a variety of resistance equipment and free weights, this area caters specifically to women's fitness needs.
Weights Zone
Our Weights Zone is equipped with a comprehensive selection of free weights, including dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, and lifting platforms.
