Damien Carey
Damian has worked in the fitness industry since 2007 as a qualified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and running coach. He’s passionate about health and fitness and continues to increase his understanding of the human body; believing if you teach someone to use their mind more efficiently, their body can accomplish anything. He sees the importance in listening to the needs of his clients, designing and tailoring personalised fitness programs to suit each individual. He has trained individuals for a range of fitness events, and taught group classes for almost a decade.

Henry Peng
Henry started training from 18 years old so it was a natural progression to a career in the fitness industry in 2013. He has a strong passion for understanding the functions and vital process of the human body and is committed to ongoing learning in this area as the industry progresses. Based on his own training and working as a personal trainer, he has extensive experience in designing and monitoring exercise programs in order for his clients to achieve their goals.

Jordan Peters
Jordan has been involved in the fitness industry since his teenage years competing as a bodybuilder. Fast forward to today and he has worked as a full-time personal trainer for over 10 years coaching some of the biggest names in the fitness industry. With his tenure comes some big accomplishments including being a former bodybuilder Australian teenage champion, an amateur boxer, a past competition preparation coach, and even a past INBA judge.
