Damien Carey
Damian has worked in the fitness industry since 2007 as a qualified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and running coach. He’s passionate about health and fitness and continues to increase his understanding of the human body; believing if you teach someone to use their mind more efficiently, their body can accomplish anything. He sees the importance in listening to the needs of his clients, designing and tailoring personalised fitness programs to suit each individual. He has trained individuals for a range of fitness events, and taught group classes for almost a decade.

Henry started training from 18 years old so it was a natural progression to a career in the fitness industry in 2013. He has a strong passion for understanding the functions and vital process of the human body and is committed to ongoing learning in this area as the industry progresses. Based on his own training and working as a personal trainer, he has extensive experience in designing and monitoring exercise programs in order for his clients to achieve their goals.

Jordan Peters
Jordan has been involved in the fitness industry since his teenage years competing as a bodybuilder. Fast forward to today and he has worked as a full-time personal trainer for over 10 years coaching some of the biggest names in the fitness industry. With his tenure comes some big accomplishments including being a former bodybuilder Australian teenage champion, an amateur boxer, a past competition preparation coach, and even a past INBA judge.

Liz Orrock
Liz has been in the health industry for over 12 years and has helped many clients achieve their fitness and health goals. With an understanding of human physiology and the body’s response to exercise, she is able to prescribe exercise programs specific to each client’s needs and goals. Being an exercise physiologist, she is able to help her clients with correct form and movement patterns so they can progress without pain and injury or better manage pre-existing conditions.

Mike Howley
Mike helps busy professionals feel good, look great, and perform at their best. He’s passionate about helping people achieve their goals through one on one training citing it as the reason he wakes up in the morning. Originally starting his career as a remedial therapist in 2004, Mike has had a rewarding and diverse career in the health and fitness space. He combined his remedial therapy with personal training in 2006 looking for a more dynamic and high energy career. Since then, strength conditioning has always been a big part of his routine which led him to teaching Pilates in 2011. This gave him a technical approach to core conditioning and injury prevention. In 2014, he fell in love with Yoga and the importance of addressing the mind as well as the body. He provides a complete coaching service addressing work/life balance, goal setting, exercise programming, and mindset. He’s always up for a chat, so reach out and say hi.
