Group Fitness Classes are back! Starting on Monday, 29 November, take your pick from ABT, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Latino Burn and Blast. Check out the new timetable below:

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
• Water & towel MUST be brought to class
• Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times—no sandals, no bare feet (Yoga & Pilates excepted)
• No bookings required as classes are filled on a first come first served basis
