Registrations are essential for the above classes. None of the above times are suitable? We have you covered! Browse our collection of recorded classes which range from Yoga, Pilates, HIIT and Latino Blast sessions and work up a sweat.

Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes may restart later this year, once we assess that it is feasible to do so. If you're on-campus and looking to sweat it out, Virtual Spin (a high-energy cycling class) is available. Please see below timetable.

• Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times—no sandals, no bare feet (Yoga & Pilates excepted)
• No bookings required as classes are filled on a first come first served basis
